For consumers, the NRTO’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumers apply. For business customers, the General Terms and Conditions of LCB apply.

Consumers

These General Terms and Conditions for Consumers of the Sector Association Nederlandse Raad voor Training en Opleiding (NRTO) have been drawn up in consultation with De Consumentenbond in November 2020 and will come into effect no later than 1 September 2021.

Business customers

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business customers and are filed with the Chamber of Commerce.
