Lean Capability Builders (LCB) was founded in 2015 by Gijs Wijers. Gijs has a background in IT services and fifteen years of leadership experience in international organisations. At LCB he now develops concepts that enable organisations themselves to continuously improve their services.
To ensure that our customers make maximum use of the capabilities we offer, we are fully committed to the development of our customer portal mijn.lcbgroup.nl in which more and more of our products and services from the LCB toolbox will become available.
LCB is CRKBO registered and complies with the Quality Code for Training Institutes for Short Professional Education. This allows LCB to offer VAT-free training to its clients.
LCB is accredited according the Lean Competency System (LCS) to conduct exams and issue the official internationally recognised LCS certificates.
